Just a quick note to say what a great service you provided when I lost my phone last night at the Drop-Off Zone.

Realised the phone was missing when I got home so rang the number and it was picked up by the team at lost property.  Very efficient: told me to collect and bring Passport and £7.  Collected lunchtime today.  Very helpful staff again.  Delighted to find they had charged the phone up overnight!!
